  • In-Person

    • Home Visit (Client’s Home)

    • Local Parks or other outdoor venues (time in nature and sunlight are so powerful!)

    • Other Locations based on client discretion and my availability

    • Email, phone, and text correspondence for fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and accountability

  • Sessions are typically 90 minutes.

    30 and 60 minute sessions are available and generally best for established clients, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and accountability

    Most commonly, I see clients 1x / week for 90 minutes.

    Some clients do best with brief support (3-6 months), while others do best with ongoing support.

    Some of the best outcomes I’ve seen in my practice are with clients that I have worked with for years.

    Ultimately, frequency and session duration is always based on client preference.

    Half, Full Day, and Retreats are available upon request and for specific needs

    • 30 minute sessions = $50

    • 60 minute sessions = $100

    • 90 minute session = $150

      Session length is based on client preference


      Sliding Scale Pricing available for college students, people or families with a low-income and/or with medical debt, and other special circumstances

      If you are unable to afford the standard session fee, please let me know. Your health is a priority, and I am committed to finding a way to support you.
